If you wish to cancel your order, please note the following:

Cancellable Orders:

• (a) Within 12 hours of ordering (if the package has not been dispatched): Full refund with no transaction fee.
• (b) After 12 hours of ordering (if the package has not been dispatched): Cancellation is still possible, but a 10% transaction fee will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• (c) The order has been shipped. Cancellation is not supported.

Refund Policy:

You can get a refund in the following cases:

• Never received your product: Full refund, or resend it for you if you’re willing to wait.
• Received the wrong product: Provide us with photos of the wrong masturbator and we will refund or resend a correct masturbator for you.
• Received the damaged product: If this is caused by the carrier, please file a complaint with the carrier, and we will assist you in obtaining compensation. If it's a product quality problem, please provide us with photos or videos, and we will refund you or arrange a new replacement.
